By accessing or using yourGolf's platform, website, and mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

yourGolf provides a platform connecting golf trainers with students. Our services include: • Booking and scheduling of golf lessons • Video analysis and swing feedback tools • Communication between trainers and students • Training logs and progress tracking • Payment processing for lessons The platform is available as a web application and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You must be at least 18 years old to create a trainer account. Students under 18 may use the Service with parental consent.

Trainers using the platform agree to: • Provide accurate information about qualifications and certifications • Maintain valid insurance for golf instruction • Conduct lessons professionally and safely • Respond to booking requests in a timely manner • Honor confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice for cancellations • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Students using the platform agree to: • Provide accurate booking information • Arrive on time for scheduled lessons • Cancel lessons with adequate notice as per trainer policy • Pay for lessons as agreed • Treat trainers with respect and professionalism

• Lesson payments are processed securely through our payment provider • yourGolf charges a service fee for transactions • Trainers set their own prices for lessons • Refund policies are determined by individual trainers • yourGolf is not responsible for disputes between trainers and students regarding payments

By uploading content to yourGolf, you grant us a license to store, display, and process the content for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to upload content that: • Infringes on intellectual property rights • Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material • Violates the privacy of others

• Cancellation policies are set by individual trainers • Students should review trainer cancellation policies before booking • yourGolf may facilitate refunds in case of disputes • Service fees may not be refundable

yourGolf provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding: • The quality of lessons or instruction • Availability of trainers • Results from training yourGolf is not liable for: • Injuries occurring during lessons • Disputes between trainers and students • Loss of data or content • Indirect or consequential damages

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
